No approval or use determination
A property’s size, configuration, reported history, or preliminary HouseHack Potential band does not establish that a conversion, rental, accessory unit, co-living use, redevelopment, or other configuration is legal, feasible, financeable, insurable, or approvable.
Third-party and professional services
Any future introduction to a real-estate professional, attorney, architect, contractor, lender, insurer, property manager, or other provider is subject to applicable law, independent professional responsibility, and separate terms. The platform does not promise a referral, outcome, or approval.
