This is a draft privacy policy prepared for authorized Tallgrass Media Partners business and legal review. It describes the HouseHack Homes master platform and must be approved and configured for a production deployment before that deployment collects visitor information.
Information provided through the platform
When you request a preliminary screen or manual review, the platform may collect the contact and property context you choose to provide. The intended purpose is to deliver the requested result, support professional follow-up where configured, maintain consent records, and improve platform operation.
Future handoff and service providers
The master platform has configurable future connection points for CRM, calendar, property-data, mapping, and routing providers. No live CRM webhook, chatbot, or third-party lead transfer is enabled in the current configuration. When a production connection is enabled, this policy must identify the provider, purpose, and applicable choices.
Your choices
You may choose not to provide optional context. Do not provide sensitive personal information through preliminary screening. Any production contact, retention, access, correction, deletion, cookie, and jurisdiction-specific privacy processes must be completed and approved before launch.
